જે ઈશ્વર પાસે પ્રાર્થના કરે છે તેની પ્રાર્થના સ્વીકારાય જ છે.
Whoever prays to God, their prayer is surely answered.

ખરેખર ઈશ્વર સેવકથી (એ બાબતમાં) સંકોચ અનુભવે છે કે તે તેની તરફ (પ્રાર્થના માટે) બન્ને હાથ ઉઠાવે તો તે તેમને (હાથોને) નિરાશ કરીને પાછા ફેરવી દે.
Indeed, God is reluctant to turn back empty and disappointed the hands of a servant raised toward Him in prayer.
ઈશ્વર પાસે માગો અને ખૂબ વધારે માગો, કારણ કે કોઈ વસ્તુ તેના માટે મોટી નથી.
Ask of God and ask abundantly, for nothing is too great for Him.
હે ઈશ્વર! અમે તારા શરણ માગીએ છીએ તારા વચનથી ફરી જવાથી અને તારા ધર્મ સિવાયની વસ્તુથી આકર્ષાઈ જવાથી.
O God! We seek refuge in You from turning away from Your word and from being enticed away from Your faith.
હે ઈશ્વર! (મને એવી કોઈ) બીમારી ન આપ જે મને શક્તિહીન કરી નાખે, અને (એવું) સ્વાસ્થ્ય પણ ન આપ જે મને (તારું સ્મરણ) ભુલાવી દે, પરંતુ આ બન્નેની વચ્ચે (રાખ).
O God, grant me neither an illness that debilitates me, nor a good health that makes me forgetful of You, but something between the two.
જ્યારે તમારામાંથી કોઈ પ્રાર્થના કરે તો તેને સર્વવ્યાપક બનાવી દે (પોતાની સાથે બીજા શ્રદ્ધાળુઓને પણ શામેલ કરે), જેથી તે પ્રાર્થના કબૂલ થવા માટે સૌથી વધુ લાયક થઈ જાય.
When one of you prays, let them make it comprehensive (including other believers alongside oneself), so that the prayer becomes most worthy of acceptance.
સત્કર્મ કરો. કર્મ ફાયદો કરશે, પ્રાર્થના સાંભળવામાં આવશે, અને પશ્ચાતાપ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.
Act righteously. Deeds will benefit, prayers will be heard, and repentance will be accepted.
તમે (ઈશ્વરથી) જે કંઈ માંગો છો તેને વધારે ન માનો, કારણ કે ઈશ્વર પાસે જે છે તેના વિષે તમે જેટલું વિચારી શકો છો તેનાં કરતાંય વધારે છે.
Do not consider whatever you ask from God to be too much, for what God has is greater than whatever you can imagine.
અમલ વગર પ્રાર્થના કરનાર એવો છે જાણે કે પ્રત્યંચા (કામઠાંની દોરી) વગર તીર ફેંકનાર.
One who prays without action is like one who shoots an arrow without a bowstring.
જાણી લો કે આ સંસારમાં લોકોને દૃઢ વિશ્વાસ અને સુખાકારી (તંદુરસ્તી) કરતાં શ્રેષ્ઠ કશું જ આપવામાં આવ્યું નથી, તેથી ઈશ્વર પાસે આ બંને બાબતો માગો.
Know that people have not been given anything in this world better than certainty of faith and well-being, so ask God for both of them.
પ્રાર્થના સ્વીકૃતિની ગુફા છે જેવી રીતે વાદળ વરસાદની ગુફા છે.
Prayer is the haven of fulfillment just as clouds are the haven of rain.
પ્રાર્થનામાં અડગ રહો જેથી દયા તમને પ્રાર્થનાના ઉત્તર વડે ઘેરી લે અને તમને સુખાકારી પ્રાપ્ત થાય.
Be persistent in prayer so that mercy surrounds you with an answer and well-being greets you.
નમ્રતા પ્રાર્થનાનો શ્રેષ્ઠ મદદગાર છે.
Humility is the best aid to prayer.
જ્યારે ઈશ્વર કોઈ બંદાથી પ્રેમ કરે છે તો તેને પુષ્કળ મુસીબતોમાં સપડાવી દે છે. પછી જ્યારે તે પ્રાર્થના કરે છે તો (ઈશ્વર) કહે છે, "હું હાજર છું, મારા સેવક! જો હું તેમાં ઉતાવળ કરું જે તેં માગ્યું છે તો બેશક હું તેમ કરવા સક્ષમ છું, પરંતુ જો હું વિલંબ કરું તો તારા માટે મેં જે સંગ્રહ કર્યો છે તે તારા માટે શ્રેષ્ઠ છે."
When God loves a servant, He immerses them in tribulations. Then, when the servant prays, God says, 'I am here, My servant! If I hasten what you asked for, I am able to do so, but if I delay it, what I have stored for you is better for you.'
ઈશ્વર તે માનવી પર કૃપા કરે જેણે ઈશ્વર પાસે પોતાની જરૂરત માગી, અને સતત પ્રાર્થના કરતો જ રહ્યો, (ભલે ને પછી) તેણે તેની પ્રાર્થના સ્વીકારી હોય કે ન સ્વીકારી હોય.
May God have mercy on the servant who asks God for a need and persists in prayer, whether his prayer is answered or not.
હે ઈશ્વર! દુનિયાને મારા માટે કેદખાનું ન બનાવ, અને તેની જુદાઈને મારા માટે દુઃખ ન બનાવ.
O God! Do not make this world a prison for me, nor make parting from it a sorrow for me.
જે માણસ કોઈ બીમારની ખબરઅંતર પૂછવા માટે ઈશ્વર ખાતર જાય તો તે બીમાર તે માણસ માટે કોઈ પ્રાર્થના નહીં કરે સિવાય કે ઈશ્વર તેને કબૂલ કરી દેશે.
Whoever visits a sick person purely for the sake of God, any prayer the sick person makes for him will be accepted by God.
શ્રદ્ધાળુને જોઈએ કે તેની રાહતના સમયની પ્રાર્થના પણ મુશ્કેલીના સમયની પ્રાર્થના જેવી જ હોય.
A believer ought to ensure that their prayer in times of ease is like their prayer in times of distress.
જેને પ્રાર્થના કરવાની ક્ષમતા આપવામાં આવી છે તે ક્યારેય સ્વીકૃતિથી વંચિત નહીં રહે.
Whoever is granted the opportunity to pray will never be deprived of acceptance.
જ્યારે તમારામાંથી કોઈનું હૃદય નરમ પડે ત્યારે તે પ્રાર્થના કરે, કારણકે હૃદય ત્યાં સુધી નરમ નથી પડતું જ્યાં સુધી તે નિખાલસ ન હોય.
When the heart of any of you softens, let them pray, for hearts do not soften unless they are sincere.
બેશક ઈશ્વર બેધ્યાન દિલ પાછળની પ્રાર્થનાને કબૂલ નથી કરતો, તેથી જ્યારે પણ તું પ્રાર્થના માગે ત્યારે દિલથી તેની તરફ આવ. પછી કબૂલ થવાનું યકીન રાખ!
Indeed, God does not accept a prayer from a heedless heart, so whenever you pray, turn to Him with your heart. Then be certain of its acceptance!
ઈશ્વરના પ્રિયજનોમાં સૌથી વધારે ઈર્ષાપાત્ર તે શ્રદ્ધાળુ સેવક છે જે ઓછા મોભાવાળો જણાતો હોય, પ્રાર્થનામાં ભાગ લેનાર હોય, પોતાના પાલનહારની ભક્તિ સુંદરતાથી બજાવી લાવતો હોય, અને ખાનગીમાં પણ તેનું આજ્ઞાપાલન કરતો હોય, અને લોકો વચ્ચે એટલો સાધારણ દેખાતો હોય કે તેની તરફ આંગળી વડે પણ ઇશારો ન કરી શકાય.
The most enviable of God's beloved is a modest believer who is devoted to prayer, performs worship of his Lord beautifully, obeys Him in secret, and appears so ordinary among people that no fingers are pointed at him.
શું હું તમને તે વસ્તુ ન બતાવું જેમાં બધી જ બીમારીઓથી અને મૃત્યુથી પણ મુક્તિ છે? તે પ્રાર્થના છે.
Shall I not tell you of something in which there is healing from every illness and even from death? It is prayer.

અય ઈશ્વર! મારા ઉપર કૃપા કર પાપોનો હંમેશ માટે ત્યાગ કરવા વડે જ્યાં સુધી તું મને જીવતો રાખે, અને તું મારા ઉપર કૃપા કર એ વસ્તુની મુશ્કેલીમાં પડી જવાથી જે મારા કોઈ કામની નથી.
O God! Have mercy on me by enabling me to abandon sins for as long as You keep me alive, and have mercy on me by sparing me from burdening myself with what does not concern me.
પીડિતની પ્રાર્થના તીર સમાન છે.
The prayer of the oppressed is like a piercing arrow.
તમારામાંથી દરેકે પોતાના ઈશ્વર પાસે પોતાની દરેક જરૂરિયાત માટે પ્રાર્થના કરવી જોઈએ, ત્યાં સુધી કે જ્યારે તેના જૂતાની દોરી તૂટી જાય તો તેના માટે પણ પ્રાર્થના કરવી જોઈએ.
Each of you should ask your Lord for all your needs, even when the strap of your shoe breaks.
તેં તો ઈશ્વર પાસે મુસીબતની પ્રાર્થના કરી લીધી! હવે તેની પાસે સુખાકારીની પ્રાર્થના કર.
You have prayed to God for hardship! Instead, pray to Him for well-being.
