દરેક કારીગરમાં ત્રણ ગુણો હોવા જોઈએ જેથી તે કામમાં નફો કમાવી શકે, તે છે: તેને પોતાના કામમાં કુશળ હોવો જોઈએ, તે (કામને) લગતી અમાનતોને અદા કરતો હોવો જોઈએ, જેણે તેને નોકરી પર રાખ્યો છે તેના પ્રત્યે તેને લગાવ હોવો જોઈએ.
