જ્યારે જ્યારે કોઈ માણસ એવી રીતે ખર્ચ કરવામાં કંજૂસાઈ કરે છે કે જે રીતે ખર્ચ કરવાથી ઈશ્વર પ્રસન્ન થાય, ત્યારે ત્યારે તેની એવી કસોટી થાય છે કે તે એના કરતાં અનેક ગણું એવી બાબતોમાં ખર્ચ કરી બેસે છે જેનાથી ઈશ્વર અપ્રસન્ન થાય.
Whenever a person is stingy in spending on what pleases God, he is tested by spending many times more on what displeases God.
